Personalization & Loyalty Manager
As Personalization & Loyalty Manager , you will be working at Ahold Delhaize. Approximately 370,000 employees worldwide serve over 50 million customers a week. Your new workplace will be at our bustling head office, right next to the Zaandam train station. More specifically, on the 5th floor in the Global Support Office in the Global & EU Digital department. Everything you do with your colleagues is directly visible in our stores and for people at home. Curious who you will be working with directly? You will be part of our Personalization & Loyalty team and report to the Director Personalization & Loyalty. Your team is responsible for building meaningful connections with our (digital) customers. Your team will often partner up with our marketing leadership teams. And you will work in close alignment with our key functional teams such as IT, Legal, Procurement and a number of external partners.

And specifically for this vacancy as a Personalization & Loyalty Manager, you have excellent analytical skills and the ability to think strategically. You supplement these skills with:
a master’s degree, preferably in marketing or business studies.
at least 7 years of experience working in Marketing with focus areas like loyalty, digital, CRM, project management and budgetary and at least 3 years of experience in a retail organization or marketing agency.
a good understanding of today’s digital customer, eco-systems and how businesses should adapt accordingly. You know what is necessary for defining and implementing loyalty programs.
