    People Services Manager

    We’re looking for a People Services Manager to join us in either Schiphol, Hammersmith or Bradford.

    Reporting to the People Services Director, you will own and deliver an efficient and accurate HR and pay administration service to employees and line managers for all activities associated with the employee lifecycle, through the application of Liberty Global policies and procedures, within agreed performance levels.

    You will also be responsible for regulatory compliance of all core HR processes and services.

    What will you be doing?

    • Leading and developing an international team.
    • Driving a strong service delivery ethic focusing on an optimal employee experience.
    • Driving operational efficiencies and continuous improvement, always with the employee experience at the core of decision making.
    • Responsible for all aspects of activity ensuring compliancy with LG policies and relevant local Government legislation.
    • Supporting the development and implementation of relevant policies; including (re-)designing both technical and operational solutions.
    • For the UK and NL, effectively managing the processing of pay data, contracts, produce documentation and information, and overseeing the payroll instructions accordingly and reviewing and approving prior to Director final approval to ensure timely and accurate production of the Liberty Global payrolls.

    We tend to look for people with:

    Essential:

    • Team management experience in a multi-country service environment.
    • Proven HR operational team management experience, covering the employee lifecycle and pay processes within a complex organization.
    • Experienced in the use of data management, metrics and analytics to drive decision making.
    • Demonstrable customer relationship and customer service skills.
    • In depth knowledge of employment law and ACAS & UVW direction.
    • A comprehensive understanding of how employee relations needs to be managed.
    • Demonstrable senior stakeholder management.
    • Able to fully utilise standard Microsoft Office products and other HR systems and workflow/case management tools.

    Desirable:

    • CIPD or equivalent qualification.
    • Bachelor Degree (Business, Human Resources or relevant subject) or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
    • HR or project management equivalent qualification or relevant service reporting / process improvement, experience at an appropriate level.
    • UK and NL HR experience; understanding of US environment.
    • Knowledge of and ability to use Oracle Service Cloud and Workday.
