    Partnerships Coordinator

    The Partnerships Coordinator role is responsible for providing top-of-the-line service to Team Liquid clients through a solutions-driven approach to partnership outreach and relationship management. You will also serve as the main point of contact for all client matters, where you will continuously strengthen relationships when answering questions, delivering on requests, attending meetings, executing consistent follow-up, and ensuring client expectations are always met.


    • Manage all incoming client requests, seeking solutions, and ensuring client expectations are always met.
    • Implement account management techniques to maximize business relationships and growth opportunities with current and prospective clients.
    • Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
    • Work closely with internal departments when coordinating the development and on-time delivery of client campaigns.
    • Ensure all deliverables and campaigns meet the correct client specifications.
    • Manage and maintain a status document with requested, pending, and completed deliverables.
    • Provide support to the Partnerships team when carrying out administrative duties such as:
      • Strategizing key priorities and projects, including campaigns, media, events, and client partnerships.
      • Monitoring updates from internal departments regarding partner deliverables and communicating applicable updates to applicable parties.
      • Managing talent and staff hardware requests.


    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications or other applicable areas of study.
    • 1+ years of account management experience in a professional setting or in a similar or relevant position interfacing with external clients or customers.
    • Ability to proactively network, building and strengthening relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to make sound judgments when navigating team schedules to meet the needs of the clients.
    • Fluent in English.


    • General understanding and interest in the esports industry.
    • Experience in brand marketing within an agency or brand environment.
    • Extensive understanding of influencer marketing, content development, and management of social platform ins and outs.
    • Proficient in Google Suites and Microsoft Office.
    • Fluent in an additional language.
