    Who are we looking for?

    Our team is looking for a Partnership & Marketing Manager to drive strategy, planning, and execution of our marketing goals for Spain. You will be responsible for developing and implementing partnership marketing plans with key media, tech & ecommerce partners (platforms, carriers) in Spain while driving engagement, mindshare, and revenue.

    • Develop and grow marketing partnership opportunities;
    • Organize and host webinars, events and roundtables;
    • Collaborate with digital marketing, content, brand and design teams to ensure the delivery of creative assets and successful campaigns & events;
    • Align internally with Partnerships, Sales & Marketing team, on integrated partnership marketing plans and growth goals;
    • Develop quarterly and annual partnership marketing strategies with clearly defined joint KPI's to support joint business plans;
    • Evaluate the success of partnership & events marketing efforts by reporting on metrics including but not limited to lead generation, engagement with content, attendance to virtual events and open rates;
    • Develop annual event calendar (online and offline events) in line with marketing and sales objectives;

    On your track record

    • At least 2 years of experience in partnership marketing
    • Strong ability to foster, develop, and maintain relationships both internally and externally;
    • Detail-oriented with data-driven marketing experience - each program you run has clearly-defined success metrics;
    • Proven experience in building successful event concepts, creative assets and marketing content
    • Ability to host online events;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a unique ability to translate technology features into business benefits.
