    Partner Enablement and Onboarding Specialist

    The ideal Partner Enablement Analyst candidate will have experience in the coordination & delivery of training programs. This role requires a well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as proven project management and coordination skills. This creative, self-starting candidate should have the ability to work well with and gain the respect of both internal and external colleagues.


    Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop scalable onboarding and ongoing training plans to ensure partners understand the value of Episerver and are equipped to position solutions and meet revenue objectives
    • Coordinate and deliver partner training alongside the Customer Education & Internal Sales Enablement teams
    • Define and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of all Partner enablement programs and impact on global partnership goals
    • Co-create certification programs with the Customer Education team
    • Collaborate closely with the Global Partner Team to align enablement plans with the overall Partner program strategy and ensure Partners are field ready
    • Work closely with Product Marketing to leverage persona messaging in Partner Enablement
    • Create partner content portal by working closely with the Content Management team
    • Build relationships with Strategic Partners


    Requirements:

    • Excellent public speaker and communicator (Customer and Executive interface)
    • Strong project management and organizational skills required, with the ability to operate effectively with multiple priorities
    • Outstanding writing and editing skills with ability to write for different audiences/cultures, using different formats and channels
    • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and across partner organizations
    • Possesses product/technology/industry knowledge as well as a broad understanding of complex customer environments
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
    • Experience designing & developing educational content
    • Commitment to excellence, high integrity, high energy, team player
    • Ability to excel and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment

    Nice to haves:

    • Experience in a Sales or Partner Enablement capacity, preferably at a SaaS company
    • Experience in sales or channel marketing
    • Experience with sales enablement tools (e.g., Partner Relationship Management, Content Management, LMS, sales acceleration email tools, call recording/coaching tools, Salesforce, etc.)
    • Experience in service delivery/program management processes
    • Experience in designing and executing partner strategy and in supporting them in the achievement of business goals as a Partner; or previous experience leading technical training for employees or customers for a Software company
    • A working knowledge of channel, SI, partner ecosystems a strong plus
