    What you’ll do:

    • Review, draft and negotiate various agreements in conjunction with the legal team and outside counsel, as required;
    • Draft, maintain and distribute corporate documentation and forms;
    • Coordinate legal and operational aspects of investment closings and fund formations;
    • Manage and respond to due diligence, AML/KYC and other external and internal information requests;
    • Assist in the management of legal projects;
    • Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned.

    What you have:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Business;
    • A proven track record working as a paralegal, ideally within an international corporate law firm or in-house legal team in financial services or investment advisor;
    • Excellent written and spoken English;
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills;
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
    • Good judgment and the ability to recognize when to escalate an issue;
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and avoid obstacles;
    • Flexibility to adjust priorities to meet changing timeframes/requests;
    • Ability to work in a detail-oriented, fast-paced and collaborative environment;
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications;
    • Investment advisory or financial services background preferred.
