About the Role
Uber Payments BV (UPBV) sits within the broader Uber group and provides regulated payments services to Uber and Uber's customers in the EU. UPBV utilizes services provided by various entities both internal and external to the group. A critical obligation of UPBV is to ensure the delivery of these services in a manner consistent with expectations of our regulator, the Dutch central bank.
The Outsourcing Program Manager will be responsible for the delivery of our operating and service model through their ownership of the definition, implementation, and ongoing quality control of the service delivery. It will be your job to bring a new level of structure and formality to our intra-group operating model, something you will also be providing a critical role in defining.
What the Candidate Will Do
Define and review Intercompany and Vendor Agreements. Implement formal process for regular revision and updating.
Review, refine and facilitate audits of existing Service Level Agreements. Define new Service level agreements as required, and report/track audit results and remediation.
Set KPIs for Service Levels across all services. Monitor and review SLAs and KPIs and report to the Management Board and Supervisor Board on SLA compliance and KPI metrics.
Oversee delivery of all new technology and functionality, define service levels and embed into reporting metrics.
Manage the full vendor and service provider lifecycle both internal and external. Including onboarding of new vendors and ensure compliance with internal policies and processes
Ensure documentation meets required industry and corporate standards.
Oversee Change Control of all services and measure impact. Put reporting and metrics in place to track change success.
Own vendor risk controls as defined by the second line, ensuring their operating effectiveness, as well as reporting on deficiencies and remediation.
What the Candidate Will Do
Strong experience in setting up and running Service Delivery and management in a large company.
Experience in working in a regulated financial services environment is critical.
Experience working in an agile environment managing a large number of diverse stakeholders.
Experience of working in Payments is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
Succinct Communicator - ability to break down complex issues and communicate at all levels in the organization.
Ability to work in a cross-functional matrix environment.
Highly motivated. Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative.
Solution driven with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent program in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Information Systems.
