    Organizational and Employee Success Business Partner

    As an Organizational and Employee Success Business Partner at Booking.com, you will partner and consult with HRD and Senior Business Leaders to provide thought leadership with respect to Leadership Development, IDB & Wellbeing, Performance, Talent and Learning and position the most impactful OES portfolio products.

    In this role you conduct holistic needs analysis with stakeholders to identify the most critical talent development gaps. You identify obstacles that may hinder the business from achieving its people priorities and provide recommendations that accelerate organizational performance. The main deliverable from the Needs Analysis is a strategic account plan for your area of responsibility which details to all stakeholders how the OES product portfolio can support them to achieve their business objectives.

    B. Responsible:

    • Lead high impact Needs Analysis with business stakeholders to assess, influence and position the right OES products at the right time to drive the 1) business towards achieving their objectives 2) people department achieving their people priorities.
    • Synthesise all inputs to create a strategic People Development plan and be able to clearly communicate these needs and the plan to all stakeholders involved. Get buy in and the operational support needed to execute
    • Coach business leadership teams and senior leaders to role model leadership behaviours. Provide thought leadership with respect to building a culture of continuous learning.
    • Stay abreast to industry people trends in order to understand how to future proof the business areas you are responsible for. Bring this intelligence into the organisation in a meaningful and relevant way through Needs Analysis and stakeholder engagement.
    • Be an strategic advisor on OES product portfolio and be able to position and drive adoption of these products when an appropriate need/gap is identified. Influence product portfolio by clearly communicating business needs to product owners.
    • Prepare and monitor Needs Analysis account plan for your relevant area of responsibility which details business developmental needs and corresponding OES product portfolio positioning to drive the business towards meeting their objectives.
    • Take time to understand the Booking business operating model, strategic focuses and products to build credibility with stakeholders.
    • Identifies key stakeholders across business function, Organisational Employee Success product owners and HRA. Build and maintain trusting relationships with all key stakeholders in order to meaningfully engage and truly understand needs and priorities.
    • Be able to work in a collaborative manner in order to leverage all stakeholders for their strengths and resources to deliver on the expectations of this role.
    • To evaluate the effectiveness and engagement of the solutions being implemented to demonstrate a return on investment to the business.

    B.Skilled:

    • 10+ years of experience in HR/ organizational development or business experience or human capital consulting experience. Demonstrate strong influencing and consulting skills - show ability to listen deeply and effectively challenge to co-create strategy plans and get buy-in.
    • Show interest in and knowledge of general leadership, learning and development theories/ frameworks combined with the ability to deliver pragmatic and impactful solutions.
    • Preferred hands on experience in a fast paced commercial, international environment where business requirements are frequently driven by change. Show understanding of key business drivers and strong business acumen.
    • Ability to build, drive, manage complex stakeholder relationships. Collaborate with and influence across different levels of the organisation, obtain buy-in, and achieve success in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
    • Demonstrable experience of dealing with and prioritising complex business requirements with clarity and reasoning.
    • Excellent analytical skills; ability to conduct needs analysis, interpret data and advise key stakeholders on solution areas.
