The Order to Cash (O2C) Improvement Specialist is to play a key role in the Contract & Pricing team within our Unilever Operations team. With an annual invoiced amount exceeding 2 billion €, the importance of accurate pricing is paramount.
We also process all customer invoices and make Credit Notes for contractually agreed refunds for about 700mio €. Needless to say, we handle a lot of documents and data!
We work with both internal and external parties. These are, of course, our customers either directly or in collaboration with our sales department, but also an IBM and a Genpact shared service center.
In order to continuously optimize our way of working we are seeking a Project Manager that will help us make the best use of tools in the domain of Optical Character Recognition, robotics & automation and lead the further development of our Visual Fabriq tool, both on TSM (base prices) as TPM (promo prices).
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
You will actively drive the change projects, both in terms of technical development and change management.
You will be the catalyst to come up with new ideas based on new and existing technology.
You will be the key contact person for our BNX sales departments in terms of further development of our Visual Fabriq tool.
You will be the key contact person for external parties to lead the development of tools.
You will be responsible for the follow-up of a few customers in order to be fully aware of the work to be done.
Report to the BNX Pricing Manager and be in close contact with the team leads and members of the Technology and I&A teams within operations.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years of experience running projects with involvement of external parties and where change management was required.
Sound knowledge of current technologies available for automation.
Knowledge of SAP (SD), Visual Fabriq and/or PowerBi is an important asset, at least 1 of these is a must.
Able to interact effectively in a wide network of stakeholders, especially in Supply Chain and Customer Development and with external parties (eg IBM).
Able to present your ideas and projects to senior stakeholders.
Fluent in English and Dutch both in reading and writing.
