    Ops Academy Lead

    Ops Academy Lead
    As the OPS Academy Lead, your role is to enable Adyen growth by scaling the way we train and develop our operational teams. You'll be responsible for designing and launching the global OPS academy, finding unobvious ways to put our people up for success. In collaboration with the teams and HR, you will design and deliver the learning journey for our OPS teams, right from the start.
    As we don't like our potential to be confined by job descriptions, we expect you to spot every opportunity to scale knowledge and expertise and collaborating cross functions/geographies to make it happen.


    What you'll do it's scaling the business and help our merchants growing with us. Here's some examples of how that looks like:

    • Spot challenges and opportunities related to learning and growth of the OPS teams
    • Design OPS learning curriculum per discipline
    • Connect learning solutions from different parts of the organization
    • Deliver trainings in collaboration with other team members
    • Promote continuous learning initiatives within the OPS organization
    • Collect, structure and organize existing trainings on content, make it accessible and linked to the learning curriculum. Drive the effort to create new trainings (video, classrooms, webinars etc.) on hard content and soft skills
    • Constantly find alternatives and unobvious ways to scale and multiply expertise at global level

    Who you are

    • You have passion for training and learning and affinity with technology
    • You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferably in high pace, international, technology companies
    • You are an independent thinker who sees opportunities where others see problems
    • You recognize patterns and build bridges
    • You think out of the box and you are fun to work with
