An exciting and challenging position exists as an Ad Operations Manager in DFO Global Performance Commerce. Reporting to our Chief Information Officer, you will be responsible for managing and instructing our Ad Operations team in the set-up and management of traffic requests, implementation of new technologies, training/documentation of best-case practices, and cooperation/coordination with our Front-End Development, Affiliate Management, and Client Services teams.
This is a role that requires a patient and quick mind, great leadership abilities, technical problem-solving skills, and a keen sense of organization and workflow. It is a hands-on roll where you will be responsible for filling in where needed in the day-to-day tasks, while also managing and coordinating new projects as needed.

Performing day to day operational and management tasks up to including training, hiring, performance reviews, goal setting and team development, etc.
Setting up clients, offers, and marketing campaigns between various systems and platforms
Managing and coordinating new integrations between software and platforms that the operations team uses to provide its services (ex. Front, Slack, JIRA, Everflow, Zapier, etc.)
Setting up clients, offers, and marketing campaigns in our various systems and platforms
Working and coordinating with our global ad operations, product, sales, FE dev and analytics teams to launch new campaigns and/or optimize current ones
Acting as a primary point of contact with ad operations issues, including troubleshooting and set-up of campaigns on traffic sources such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Outbrain, Criteo and more
3+ years experience in ad operations or any related affiliate/performance marketing field
Experience with Google Tag Manager
Experience with an affiliate network management platform (Everflow, CAKE, HasOffer, HitPath, etc.)
Ability to research and resolve complex problems
Experience in split-testing and conversion rate optimization is an asset
Experience in a leadership role is an asset
Marketing, Software Dev., and/or customer service experience, or related education
Experience in writing, integrating, and testing python scripts or web applications is an asset
