Are you data-oriented and do you have experience in a Repair Center? Then we might be looking for you! We are looking for a fulltime Operations Administrator in the Netherlands for an American organization.
For this position you will work at the European headquarters in Amersfoort. The company is an industry leader when it comes to video and audio systems. This is a support position for all aspects of day to day activities at the European Repair Center.
What are you going to do?
System data entry of repair and service part orders
Back-office point of contact for the Repair Center directing the various internal departments, like sales, communication etc.
MS Excel, Access and Power BI data entry
Daily reports for Sales and Operations
Overall Repair, Quality Control and Service Operations Support
Repair Center Supply Ordering
Operations repair and calibration maintenance scheduling
Perform tasks as required
