You will be responsible for the online performance of all products within the category team. You will work closely together with the rest of the category team as well as with the full online merchandise team. Your main KPI's are LFL online growth, managing current return rates as well as the full category's team results versus seasonal and yearly budgets.
Responsibilities and Duties
Keeping track on LFL performance on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal level
Having a detailed understanding on last week's performance during the Tuesday's read & reacts
Create a strong online assortment for your categories and report back to the category team on missed opportunities and possible improvements
Maintaining Suitsupply.com on all regions and continents for your category team
Controlling the visual part of the online offer
Enabling new items to go online in a timely manner
Controlling strong stock positions in all warehouses and inform Allocation when actions need to be taken
Ensuring the content calendar has enough weight added for your category
Analyzing trends and propose new initiatives that are data driven
