    Are you the Online Marketing Specialist we are looking for? The expert who helps us grow our online sales by improving the quality of traffic to our eCommerce stores? This is the perfect role for a proactive team player who wants to have a true impact on our business.

    Your role:

    To support our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a senior specialist to join our team on the journey towards reaching new and ambitious targets. The team is a bunch of energetic and determined professionals in an environment that emphasizes entrepreneurial spirit and is set up to succeed!

    You will focus on managing search, display and more upper funnel activities like YouTube campaigns across our brands.

    Willingness to learn and curiosity to understand what is behind the data are part of your DNA. You can drive the car and also understands what to optimize under the hood.

    Together with the other specialists in the team you are driving the performance of 15 brands in + 15 countries. Your main stakeholders are located across Europe in Amsterdam, Denmark and Sweden.

    Responsibilities:

    • Set up, manage & optimize paid campaigns in your markets to meet the set ROI targets
    • Be the key point of contact for the Brands for all paid traffic related queries
    • Plan & coordinate the campaigns with the traffic & brand team members
    • Constantly explore and test new opportunities for improving the performance
    • Set-up, Manage & optimize campaigns and find new opportunities for expansion
    • If needed, restructure the campaigns across search, shopping and re-marketing.
    • Expand & optimize the re-marketing campaigns
    • Provide in-depth analysis on campaign performance
    • Report on all the above to your manager and the brands
    • Budgeting and forecasting for paid search on a quarterly and annual basis

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in an Agency or in-house team
    • Proficient in using Excel
    • Great analytical skills, data driven and interest to dive into the details
    • Experience with analytical tools and reporting is a plus
    • Interest in the fashion industry and knowledgeable about other E-commerce channels (i.e. SEO, email, remarketing, affiliates)
    • Understanding of tag manager and product feeds or eager to learn
    • Fluent English speaker
