Online marketer / Google Ads specialist Multinationals and APAC
As online marketer / Google Ads specialist for business unit Multinationals and APAC you´ll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing activities that fully align with Royal HaskoningDHV´s strategy, positioning and that are relevant to the named markets. Another important part of your activities will be the set-up, maintenance and optimisation through data analysis on a continuous basis of the Google Ads campaigns.
The online marketer / Google Ads specialist works with subject matter experts (e.g. experts in the field of buildings and industry) to develop and execute relevant marketing marketing communication for the markets. You make optimal use of intelligence (CRM, Google Analytics and Tableau) and marketing and communications tooling (ClickDimensions, website and Google Ads).
We want to strengthen our Business Unit Multinationals and APAC with an Online marketer / Google Ads specialist. This role will be part of the marketing team of Multinationals and APAC, which is part of the marketing team of the Business Line of Industry & Buildings. The Online marketer / Google Ads specialist will report to the marketing manager of the Business Unit, who also serves as marketing lead of the Business Line Industry & Buildings. The Online marketer / Google Ads specialist works closely with the other marketers in the team and collaborates with the business development managers and relevant colleagues for the three main markets.
Gather information from subject matter experts and ensure excellent development of campaigns and other marketing activities, in line with the RHDHV positioning and growth plans. Apply out of the box thinking and approaches for client engagement in every part of the customer journey.
Support the business development managers and consultants to ensure consistency in their marketing efforts and commercial success in market by connecting with clients appropriately.
Provide clear briefings to internal colleagues and agencies in executing campaigns and other marketing activities.
Managing Google Ads campaigns by setting-up, maintaining and optimising through data analysis on a continuous basis.
Ongoing monitoring and reporting of results and return of investment, communicating your recommendations for improvement.

A medior professional marketer with more than 3 years experience in a similar role in a commercial, b-to-b environment, affinity with digital marketing. You also have:
Experience and affinity with translating propositions into campaigns or relevant activation;
An international focus;
Good advisory and communications skills; confident and posed presence in interacting with colleagues across different levels and cultures;
Proven track record of targeting audiences through digital marketing tools;
Proven track record of setting up and optimising campaigns in Google Ads in accordance with the marketing strategy;
Master Degree (or similar) in Marketing or similar qualification;
Sound knowledge of and experience with marketing campaigns and activities;
Excellent Dutch and English skills written and spoken.
Are an excellent team player, able to mobilise colleagues behind a common approach;
Are able to implement strategy;
Take ownership for projects where collaboration is essential for success and has a proactive attitude;
