    Online Marketeer

    Online Marketeer

    Full time - 40 hours per week

    The job:
    As an Online Marketeer you are responsible for developing, managing and executing online marketing strategies and tactics across all E-Commerce websites and online marketplaces, and manage all paid online marketing initiatives while focusing on creating a profitable return on and increase relevant traffic to our online channels.

    Key accountabilities:
    Manages and optimizes ongoing activity on all digital paid marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook, remarketing etc.) for all our European markets, such that:
    • Priorities are set to generate most revenue;
    • Budget spending stays within yearly plan and is being allocated to the most profitable channels;
    • KPIs are met or improved (ROAS, traffic, conversion rate, basket value, margin, etc);
    • Communication with all relevant internal and external parties is coordinated;
    • Day-to-day processes are as automated as possible and are supported by the right tooling;
    • All activity undertaken reflects brand guidelines and is in line with the commercial calendar and other channels (CRM, website, etc).

    Analyses traffic, sales data and consumer behaviour and provides conclusions, summarizing data, such that:
    • Business activities are measured, monitored an evaluated to support the right business decision making;
    • New opportunities are pro-actively being initiated (based on a business case);
    • Data is being collected in a GDPR-compliant way;
    • Tracking scripts and other technical aspects are working correctly (Google Analytics 360, Facebook Pixel, Criteo, etc);
    • Product feeds for all online channels are created and continuously being optimized.

    Supports executing the commercial calendar for online marketplaces (Zalando, Wehkamp, Amazon, etc.) in collaboration with the Account Marketing team, such that:
    • Sponsored Products campaigns are managed to generate most revenue;
    • Budget for branding campaigns is allocated effectively, following clear KPIs;
    • External marketing partners are managed and challenged;
    • Marketing activities for new partners and marketplaces are onboarded;
    • Growth opportunities are being initiated and presented into business cases.

    Who you are:
    • 3+ years of experience in online/performance marketing role;
    • Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce or Marketing;
    • Strong Excel skills and experience managing large datasets;
    • Well-organized, with excellent attention to detail;
    • On top of relevant online marketing developments;
    • Fluent in German, Dutch or French is a plus;
    • Experience with SEO and online marketplaces is a plus.

    You have both a strong commercially driven attitude as a numerical/analytical mind. With qualities such as result oriented, customer knowledge, market knowledge and analytical skills you can show your added value within the E-Commerce team.

    You will report into the E-Commerce Manager and work directly together with a Junior Online Marketeer. You will be one of the main points of contact for the full organization when it comes to digital marketing (e.g. for brand marketing, merchandising, product, etc.). So this position is a great opportunity if you are that all-round online marketeer who understands all the channels and tactics that help a consumer move through his buying journey.
