    Online Campaign Manager

    About your role

    Are you eager to own the entire paid channel universe for a company selling software solutions on a global scale? Do you love combining strategic thinking with hands-on implementation of your creative ideas? Then you might be the person we’re looking for to join our compact and effective marketing team!

    You will make the WoodWing brand and its products visible to the world via paid channels, with a strong focus on Google and LinkedIn. By doing so, you will contribute to both brand awareness as well as lead generation. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving measurable results, playing it smart to get the most out of the appointed budget. Because you know how to crunch numbers and you can put on your analytical glasses, you’ll be able to optimize your own work, always aiming for the best possible outcome.

    Within the marketing team, you can count on support from an in-house designer, resources for content production, a product marketeer and marketing ops, each with many years of field experience. Being part of a compact team also means you may sometimes need to provide support in other areas than your main occupation.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Develop a paid channel strategy for the different brands, regions and software solutions in liaison with key stakeholders;

    • Plan, propose, develop and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, ad copy and other elements of paid search;

    • Execute, manage and monitor paid campaigns, and adjust campaign content, bidding and other variables to achieve the best possible results within a given budget;

    • Identify and act on high impact opportunities;

    • Support other regions and team members to meet team and business goals;

    • Share best practices with the team.

    Who you are

    • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with experience with paid search capacity either agency or client-side;

    • Excellent understanding of PPC, especially Google and Social Media platforms; other platforms are a plus;

    • Creative - constantly coming up with new, imaginative ideas to explore and test;

    • Results and performance-focused;

    • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to turn analysis into actions;

    • Hands on mentality, but never losing sight of the bigger picture;

    • Business-level English, both verbal and in writing;

    • Team player.
