    You will be a multitasking "enthusiast". You are the person who ensures that the day-to-day life at Dopper runs smoothly and that your colleagues can always make the best out of their workdays.

    This job is a combination of an Office Manager (70%) assistant of our Head of Operations and Head of Marketing (30%) You will report directly to our CEO’s Personal Assistant.


    Your responsibilities:

    • Managing the agenda of the Head of Operations and the Head of Marketing. Making sure they can both work in an efficient and organized way.
    • Assisting People & Culture with the on boarding of new colleagues. Preparing on boarding packages, setting up the workplaces, making the laptops ready, organizing logins of all applications. Giving new colleagues a guided tour at Oceans. Informing Oceans about new colleagues.
    • Organizing internal events, like vrijmibo, weddings, babyshowers, goodbyes, Christmas, Sinterklaas, birthdays, etc. Arranging presents and cards for birthdays, moves, births, illness, goodbyes, etc.
    • Managing office supplies and parking
    • Booking meeting spaces and booking travels
    • Making sure that everybody, colleagues and guests, gets a warm and welcome feeling a Dopper by acting customer and colleague friendly. Creating an atmosphere which feels like home.
    • Making sure the office is a safe workplace (ARBO, prevention, RI&E BHV etc.)

    About you:

    • You have at least 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or other jobs in hospitality;
    • You are available for 36 hours, but preferably 40 hours;
    • Friendly communication skills, both written and verbal, in both Dutch and English;
    • Proactive, energetic, sensitive and independent;
    • Your administrative skills are strong and you like to create overview and work structured;
    • You love and understand sustainability.
