YOUR ROLE IN Evosys Europe We are looking for an Personal Assistant/Office Manager, who is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, is exceedingly well organized and flexible, and will enjoy the administrative challenges of an international, faced paced scale up. You will support our SVP Europe and VP Delivery and assist in organizing company events, communication and general office management tasks.
YOU’LL PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN:
Working closely with the SVP and VP and supporting the smooth administration of the business, identifying areas of improvement and suggesting new processes etc.
Supporting them in their daily management responsibilities
Helping with travel arrangements
Liaising with external partners, clients and other stakeholders
Providing support to visitors of the office (new employees/clients)
Coordinating schedules, appointments and bookings of meeting rooms
Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
Support of financial tasks
Reconciling invoices and filling out payments request with proper coding
Assisting in processing approved payments
Developing and maintaining files
Developing and maintaining various financial databases and reports
Communication and company event support
Assisting in the organization of company events
Helping with company-wide communication
Marketing / Social Marketing
Supporting in creating and running webinars across Europe
Follow up with the Sales Team on leads through webinars and other sources
proofread and execute on social media activities
support in creating PowerPoint presentations

Your qualifications are:
One year minimum Extensive Office Management I EA experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent English (near native) and preferably speaking Dutch (B1 level) and / or another European language
Located in the Netherlands, Amsterdam (or nearby)
Working experience in a dynamic start-up environment or rapidly expanding business preferred.
Strong email and calendaring skills (Outlook proficiency, Microsoft suite)
