your typical day includes
As a Office Manager, your main focus is supporting the Chapter IT lead, management team and organization as part of the Digital Factory. You are the right hand and support in a wide range of tasks all geared towards improving collaboration and productivity.
Your main focus lies on:
organizing agenda’s (for both internal and external meetings),
supporting group meetings,
supporting data analysis and reporting and
ensuring on- and off boarding of employees and third party vendors.
You are also the main point of contact for organizational projects for Chapter IT with other departments. These projects vary from HR related changes to organizing events or enabling communication and information/knowledge sharing, working with the Digital Factory communications manager.
You have an overview of the whole Chapter IT organization and know to point people to the right information and contacts.
As a person, you are proactive and good at working with a high degree of autonomy. Good communication and people skills are a must. You are a conversation partner with integrity and can work with confidential information. You get energy from the fast changing world of Digital technology and organizations.
fluent in speaking and writing in English and Dutch, additional languages are a plus
familiar with working in a Google environment is a plus
