    Office Manager - Amersfoort, NL (Part-time)

    Overview

    We are seeking a part-time Office Manager for our Amersfoort, Netherlands office. In this role, you will provide administrative support to facilitate daily office operations. This role will work on average 20-24 hours per week. Main responsibilities include general office management and administrative support to all teams, functions, and activities within the assigned office.

    What you will be doing

    • Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages
    • Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail
    • Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders and address complaints
    • Perform inside sales duties, including entering and updating records, preparing and processing invoices and acting as sales liaison in the absence of Account Managers
    • Oversee CRM usage and compliance by placing or verifying all current opportunities within the CRM and frequently verifying all 'assigned' opportunities are accepted in CRM
    • Assist in lead qualification and initial follow up after trade shows
    • Type, format, proofread and edit correspondence and presentations to support sales and marketing activities
    • Manage distribution of sales material to customers and partners
    • Collaborate with the Marketing department on marketing newsletters, case studies, organizing and/or participating in partner or direct events and other activities
    • Additional administrative projects and reporting as necessary
    • Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy

    What will make you successful

    • Office management experience
    • Experienced computer operator
    • Strong fluency in Dutch and English
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills
    • Organized and able to multi-task
    • Fast learner with an aptitude for technology
    • Able to be successful in a team environment
    • Able to provide exceptional follow through and be customer service driven
    • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
