    Office Administrator (24 hours pw)

    DPS Group is a global engineering, consulting, and project management company, serving high-tech industries around the world. DPS delivers services for clients across the complete engineering and construction value chain including feasibility studies, concepts, consulting, architecture, engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning, qualification and validation, as well as contingent staffing solutions.

    Our Projects Team in Netherlands is expanding and we have a new opportunity for an Administrator to join our team in Leiden. This is a critical role, which will work closely with local HR, DPS business leaders and project teams

    Some of the main responsibilities of the role include :

    HR Administration

    • Preparation of on-boarding / induction activities for new starters
    • Support local HR to develop and streamline HR processes
    • Ensuring data on internal ERP system, Deltek is kept up to date and accurate.
    • Support CPD (Continuous Professional Development) activities including the internal CPD tracker tool (account set ups, adding new CPD activities)
    • Ensuring that all documentation is managed appropriately
    • Maintain DPS CV archive for Leiden.
    • Support contract generation and related activities
    • Support DPS local communications on our communications platform.

    General Administration

    • Maintaining l stationary, canteen, miscellaneous supplies
    • Scheduling and diary management
    • Co-ordination of events/lunches
    • Assist in travel, booking flights arrange transport
    • Stock management of PPE /
    • Issues keys and keep a track record

    The Ideal Candidate will have the following skills & experience :

    • Administrative background
    • 2 years+ experience in a similar role.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Approachable and trustworthy.
    • Flexible; able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
    • Can to work discretely with sensitive and confidential information
    • Advanced IT skills are essential particularly with MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook).

    Available to work 24 hours per week.
