Our Projects Team in Netherlands is expanding and we have a new opportunity for an Administrator to join our team in Leiden. This is a critical role, which will work closely with local HR, DPS business leaders and project teams
Some of the main responsibilities of the role include :
Preparation of on-boarding / induction activities for new starters
Support local HR to develop and streamline HR processes
Ensuring data on internal ERP system, Deltek is kept up to date and accurate.
Support CPD (Continuous Professional Development) activities including the internal CPD tracker tool (account set ups, adding new CPD activities)
Ensuring that all documentation is managed appropriately
Maintain DPS CV archive for Leiden.
Support contract generation and related activities
Support DPS local communications on our communications platform.
Maintaining l stationary, canteen, miscellaneous supplies
Scheduling and diary management
Co-ordination of events/lunches
Assist in travel, booking flights arrange transport
Stock management of PPE /
Issues keys and keep a track record
The Ideal Candidate will have the following skills & experience :
2 years+ experience in a similar role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Approachable and trustworthy.
Flexible; able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
Can to work discretely with sensitive and confidential information
Advanced IT skills are essential particularly with MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook).
