Our Adaptation team are looking for an English speaking Motion Graphics Operator to work across an exciting global automotive brand.
Based at our Hilversum office, this highly motivated individual will have a proven track record in post production as well as a deep understanding across global adaptation and content optimisation across all moving video channels and platforms.
A professional attitude, en eye for detail, creative flair and unwavering commitment to quality is highly desirable. We require someone that can hit the ground running and bring their experience to the table working across multiple deliverables in a fast paced environment.
In this full-time position, you will be creating advertising assets for MediaMonks’ brand and join an exciting, fast paced new team.
Ideate and create stunning original content as well as using existing styles and assets using tools such as After Effects, Illustrator, Indesign and photoshop.
Managing motion graphics adaptation projects from initial brief through to final delivery, providing new ideas and creativity when necessary whilst working closely with the client's brand guidelines.
Possessing a strong knowledge of all delivery formats, ensuring all outputs are technically to spec and the responsibility of all content is QC'd prior to delivery.
The ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst also flagging the ones that aren’t feasible upfront
Clear communication is essential as you will be in coms on a daily basis with Project Managers in the MediaMonks team, operating from different offices across the Globe.
You can clearly express yourself in English, in writing and orally.
This mid level position will have at least 4+ years of experience as an animator with a very high competence and understanding in After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop.
You can impress under pressure, taking responsibility for your own workload, time management, note-making and feedback-processing, as well as any other actions required to make the work great.
You can prioritize and problem-solve, not hitting the panic button for any bump in the road.
You are methodical and well-organized when it comes to naming conventions and folder structures.
You’re intimately familiar with the post-production environment and workflow and are aware of how things need to be done in order to follow a proper structure.
Stay abreast of industry trends, new technology, ways of working and have the instinct to grasp emerging opportunities and ensure this knowledge is cascaded to the teams.
