Over the coming time we will continue to innovate the photo print industry and we have the ambition to further scale up our business, growing both our team as well as market share.
This is why we are looking for our first Mobile Marketing Specialist. Our digital marketing team is highly analytical, moves fast and is focused on delivering quantifiable results. You will be responsible for the marketing of our new app which means that you are in the lead of acquiring new customers, creating traction with users and delivering input for optimization of the app. A very dynamic role where you get the chance to help shape our app together with growing our client base. This person will be working directly with senior leadership across different teams and will be making a big impact on overarching company goals.
This is what your day to day will mostly look like:
Test, iterate and scale performance based app install campaigns, in various countries and channels
Partner with external agencies to design and optimize creatives across channels and countries
Manage an experimentation roadmap to optimize performance (eg: testing creatives, incrementality and scaling methods)
Test new channels and technology to identify incremental audiences and inventory for accelerating growth
Work together with the rest of the marketing team and report to the CMO
Stay on top of the market by following thought leaders, international conferences and direct access to Facebook teams.
You have a proven track record in mobile advertising, at scale and internationally.
5+ years of experience in online marketing, preferably in an international D2C scale-up mobile environment
Relevant experience with prospecting customers through paid apps installs campaigns and deep understanding with mobile retention strategies and KPIs.
Experience with ASO, including knowledge of app store optimization methods and effective strategies for scaling rankings..
You have experience with mobile attribution tools (Appsflyer, GA4/Firebase)
You’re independent; demonstrating creativity, delivering results and using data to make decisions
A self-starting and ownership attitude to seize opportunities to make an impact.
Fluent in English and preferably one other major European language (Dutch not required);
