    Mobile Growth Marketeer

    We are looking for a Mobile Marketeer who will focus on growing the adoption and the engagement of our communities for our upcoming innovations and our recently refreshed mobile apps: TomTom Go Navigation & AmiGO.

    What you'll do:

    • Community Growth: Support in the setup of mobile advertising campaigns. Lead, create, manage, and monitor innovative campaigns in conjunction with Product Marketing Manager and Brand Strategist. Help us develop new marketing strategies and creative concepts to advance growth.
    • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics to understand and improve our mobile ecosystem. Provide appropriate weekly, quarterly, and annual reports. Produce additional reporting and deliver additional insight as requested.
    • Competitive landscape: Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and make sure to stay up to date with industry best practices through research and testing
    • User feedback: monitor App ratings & reviews identify trends and early indications of product performance issues to report back to developers. Train & coach customer care to ensure timely replying of questions and reviews and a deep understanding of the feedback.
    • Data. Collaborate with the analytics team, business technology team, various mobile tools, and media agencies to ensure appropriate data collection and synchronization.
    • Continuous improvement. Analyze and improve mobile and data operations through the ongoing development of best practices across all teams.
    • TechStack: Master technology and tooling managing customer lifecycle across channels & take an analytical approach to analyze performance with quantitative & qualitative data and share reports. (Developer Console, Slack, iTunes Connect, AppBot, LeanPlum, App Annie & review tools)

    What you need:

    • You keep yourself updated about new apps and never miss the launch of a new smartphone or tablet. You are constantly looking for new apps to recommend to your friends.
    • 3 years of experience in Marketing of Mobile Applications / Digital Marketing, preferably in a fast-growth environment.
    • BSc/MSc in Marketing or relevant field
    • You have a deep understanding of performance and organic marketing channels for mobile apps
    • Data-driven thinking. You love data and the insights you can get from it.
    • Proficiency with tools such as Developer Console, Slack, iTunes Connect, AppBot, LeanPlum, App Annie & review tools
    • Do not take “No” for an answer and use Creativity to solve challenges and find opportunities. Be hands-on deck and enjoy thriving in a very entrepreneurial setup.
    • A good understanding of our industry is a plus.
