For our Product Line In-Vehicle Networking based in Nijmegen (NL), we are now looking for a Senior International Product Marketing Manager Secure Automotive Transceivers with the Vehicle Network Transceiver Segment. In this exciting role you will be given full responsibility and accountability for the Secure Transceiver product portfolio. You will do this as part of a team of the world experts in in-vehicle networking, and as the leader in automotive. In this role you will directly report into the segment manager Vehicle Network Transceiver Segment and you will be based in Nijmegen, the Netherlands.
Responsible and accountable for top line sales, sales growth, market share, design wins and product margin for the complete Secure Transceiver portfolio.
Responsible and accountable for the definition and execution of the Secure Transceiver portfolio strategy as integral part of the overall segment strategy: market intelligence, business development plan, go-to-market plan (market segmentation, market positioning, marketing mix), pricing strategy.
Responsible and accountable for identifying new market requirements, new market trends, new use cases and define with these insights next generation products with unique value propositions; build and defend respective business cases and provide direction to product development.
Responsible and accountable for the complete product life cycle from market introduction, growth, maturity, life cycle extension to decline and ultimately product discontinuation.
Responsible and accountable for all Secure Transceiver MARCOM activities: promotion, demos, events, exhibitions, conferences, collaterals, sample management, website creation and maintenance, etc.
Responsible and accountable for understanding, actively building and wisely leveraging the network security eco-system: from Tier 1 over OEM’s to Third Parties as well as from interest groups to standardization.
To be successful in this role you have:
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar) with technical background in the field of integrated circuit design paired with an MBA degree (or equivalent).
More than 10 year working experience in product marketing/business development of semiconductor products of which at least five years in the automotive industry.
Technical expertise in embedded systems (HW & SW), embedded and system security, cryptography, communication networks, IC application and solution play.
Subject matter expert in CAN protocol, layered security approach, authentication, functional safety, OTA, IDPS, and AutoSAR SecOC
Familiar with security threat assessment and risk analysis.
A strong strategic mindset, ability to prioritize and knowing what moves the needle.
Proven track record in growing business with at least 2x the market growth.
Ability to translate between technical and commercial worlds.
Experience in working in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
