    Merchandising & Marketing Coordinator Benelux & Nordics F/M

    Job Title: Merchandising & Marketing Coordinator Benelux & Nordics F/M

    Reporting line: Hierarchical, Zone General Manager

    Department Description: Benelux & Nordics zone is expanding and is looking for his Merchandising & Marketing Coordinator.

    Missions Description:

    Ensure the coordination between the Europe Retail Merchandising team and the boutiques:

    • Ensure a global vision of the Product assortment and Merchandise planning & support the boutiques in their products needs respecting the Merchandising global strategy:
      • Adapt the product assortment to market specificities to reach budget objectives
      • Centralize, take actions and follow-up all the specific product requests from the boutiques (product push, assortment review, transfers & rebalancing…)
      • Guarantee the consistency of products/collections implementation across the region regarding the strategy, marketing calendar, Visual Merchandising planning & guidelines
      • Guarantee the consistency of the products assortment by boutique (all categories together)
      • Work closely with the Retail Managers to generate & implement action plans to develop businesses
      • Work closely with Marketing team and local VMs to propose specific local relevant action/event
    • Ensure proper implementation of the product strategy into the countries together with the Retail Merchandising team:
      • Communicate all the product related information to the boutiques
      • Weekly sales analysis in order to support the sales and the Sell-Through of boutiques: weekly actions within the zone, best-sellers analysis…
      • Ensure the requests from the Merchandising team are properly executed (specific focus or action plans, central rebalancing...)
      • Participate to buying sessions: analyze season sales per boutique with quantitative and qualitative feedbacks and identify opportunities/bets with boutiques and Merchandisers on the collection
      • Debrief the boutiques on the buying strategy and key messages for each collection

    On the Marketing part:

    Client Development

    Understand the global clientele of the market (database, market share, client segmentation)

    Focus on the recruitment of new clients and development of certain segments

    Manage efficiently clienteling tools: database, intern software, app

    Identify local influencers and be able to develop new contacts/prospects

    Animate the Client Development Program in consistency with key priorities

    Work closely with Retail teams to ensure marketing activities are in line with commercial needs

    Define, propose and implement a marketing plan in all aspects including new product launches, event, client development, media planning, VM and training

    Control and follow up budget & impact of all actions.


    Event & Client treatment

    Propose and create – in close link with Zone HO - innovative Local Brand image events and store thematic events

    Planify and coordinate all commercial events in our boutiques

    Provide sales teams with all relevant information to ensure the good understanding and implementation of marketing plans

    Identify the right profiles of clients and/or prospects for personalized client treatment

    Coordinate implementation of specific and personalized treatment planning for each client


    Global

    Understand their key challenges and be proactive in proposing operational and pragmatic client actions to implement

    Be at ease to meet client and develop their brand knowledge via small talks and social moments



    Profile

    Master’s degree with 2-5 years’ experience in Retail, Marketing or in Merchandising

    Strong analytic skills and details oriented

    Personal affinity with brand and products

    Highly organized and results oriented

    Excellent communication skills

    Good understanding of luxury business

    Experience of the retail market place

    English speaker –Dutch will be a plus

    Based in Amsterdam
