    Merchandising Manager Denim

    The Team

    You will be a crucial team member of the new Turkish Sourcing office of PVH, reporting to the PVH TURKEY Lead, with a dotted reporting line to the Denim manager in Amsterdam.


    The Position

    As Manager Merchandising Denim you are responsible for the efficient operations and execution of all the activities for the brand and collaborate with different business partners. Represent the best interests of the brand internally and externally.

    Furthermore you are responsible for day to day governance of all associates in your brand team

    Need to have global mind set of sourcing strategy at the best interest of brand, and oversee the brand strategic development and implement sourcing solutions that meet the needs of the brand. Grow and develop talent.

    Manage the day to day execution and business operations for that brand to ensure KPI’s achieved.

    You will work internally with other brand business partners, material, technical teams and other hub offices and Externally with Vendors and Supply Chain

    Primary responsibilities of the job:


    • Brand manager in hub, with brand focus development
    • Calendar management and mapping
    • Manage and monitor good execution of daily operation
    • Being partners with all involved teams, stay close with supply chain for innovative ideas
    • Vendor relationship maintenance and development
    • Implement based on compliance and CSR/Sustainability goals and objectives
    • Point person for execution for brand strategy and recommend resolution
    • Deliver against product and service level agreements and cost objectives from the brand
    • Continuous improvement
    • Maintain good rapport of work and shadow leadership to build a robust team
    • Align the team with PVH culture
    • Grow and develop talent
    • Deliver on KPI’s

    The Ideal Candidate
    • Minimum 8 years brand management experience
    • People management experience is also required
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent - textile education
    • Should have experience in a global environment with manufacturing or brand or team management experience preferred
    • Demonstrate a good knowledge of the Supply Chain from Concept to Consumer
    • Have experience developing supply chain capability and talents
    • Ability to influence internal and external resources for exploring newness for the brand.
    • Being initiative to offer newness and provide options for brand solutions
    • Ability to manage a team for the brands’ needs and collaborate with multi-cultural, multi- lingual, multi-time zone business partners and get execution of brand strategy in line
    • Strengthen the partnership with the vendors to optimize the collaboration
    • Being able to support and empower the team to take their responsibilities
    • Creating a safe environment within the team where all feel welcome
