You have a customer-oriented, empathetic attitude. Someone who is willing to go the extra mile to meet the needs of our customers and fulfill the main promise of our brand, "The best or nothing";
To understand and timely resolve the needs of our customers, active listening skills are essential when working at the Customer Assistance Center;
You are the person who always solves his/her (grand)parents smartphone/laptop/Wifi problems;
Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English (both written and spoken on an excellent level).
Accepting incoming support requests, incidents and problems via phone, email and live chat;
Resolving issues by means of troubleshooting;
Creating cases and registering all activities using a ticketing tool and following up on these while providing feedback to the customer;
This position is on a full-time basis (40 hours a week) from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00.
