    Responsibilities:

    • Design promotion campaigns (online and offline) for raising awareness about Flo among HCPs (identify target audiences, create value propositions and key messages, define KPIs, ROI, budgets, etc.)
    • Create promotional materials, launch email campaigns, plan participation in congresses, prepare presentations, etc aimed at improving Flo awareness and image among HCPs
    • Foster productive relationships with medical associations, KOLs, non profit organisations, scientific platforms & media
    • Together with product and PR team brainstorm new strategies for improving medical trustworthiness of Flo among users

    • Proven work experience in pharmaceutical/healthtech company as a product manager/marketing manager for the US market (ideally in the area of female reproductive health)
    • Strong skills in creating promotion strategy that targets HCPs
    • Knowledge of trends, best practices, and key metrics in digital marketing
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • A well-organized, proactive, agile
    • Medical degree is not a must
    • Marketing degree or understanding marketing is a must
    • Ideally this person has to have experience promoting pharma products for US
