Responsibilities:
- Creating a strategy of collaborations with organisations in the medical field: looking for new partners in the Medical field, developing relationships with the old ones (Medical associations, Non-profit organizations, Medical universities, Patients organisations etc.)
- Organizing a work of the Flo’s Medical board (looking for new experts, providing guidance and training for existing 60+ experts, overseeing and agreeing on contracts and invoices)
- Engaging external stakeholders: developing KOL engagement plans, collecting insights
- Managing budgets for Medical collaborations
- Organising conference participation and coordinating activities with other Flo teams involved (PR team, Medical team, Scientific team)
Education in biology/medicine/pharma fields, ideally MD- Proven work experience in pharmaceutical/healthtech company as a science liaison/medical advisor/product manager/marketing manager or similar role evolving promotion of products among HCPs (ideally in the area of female reproductive health for the US market)
- Good understanding of marketing
- Strong communication and negotiations skills are a must
- An excellent spoken and written (business) English
- Experience in working with contracts and invoices
- Detail-oriented mind
- Ability to work under pressure and in changing environment
- Medical degree is not a must but very preferable
- Understanding marketing is a must
- Ideally this person has to have experience promoting pharma products for US OBGYNS (or EU OBGYNS or worldwide)
