    OVERVIEW

With 30 countries, +200 plus team members, and regular new product launches and for this account we are looking for an EMEA Client Manager who will work as part of a regional hub team and manage this complexity with high organization, collaboration, and discipline. You will be part of a great team of highly talented, creative and motivated people.

    KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

    Client Account Coordination:

    • Strong capabilities on operational efficiency and project management
    • Maintain a high level of quality control on all outputs from local markets
    • Work with, the wider team to ensure that all client responses are joined up and coordinated – especially in relation to alignment
    • Own and manage timelines for all key deliverables understanding and managing expectations from client and agency team
    • Build and maintain excellent client relationships through best in class client servicing
    • Assist in the development of client contact strategies and pro-actively seek opportunities for new ideas, approaches, communication solutions and multi-brand partnerships
    • Coordinate the production of high-quality media plans

    Strategic Skills

    • Work with a Client Lead in developing grounded, yet innovative, media plans that include the most effective use of traditional, digital, emerging and created media opportunities

    Commercial Awareness

    • Be involved in new projects and new business opportunities as required
    • Work with the Client Lead in identifying, creating, converting and managing strategically relevant revenue opportunities

    YOUR PEOPLE SKILLS:

    • Develop strong relationships with internal MediaCom teams, GroupM as our trading partners;
    • Develop good working relationships across the range of media owners as might be required;
    • Develop strong, respectful relationships with client teams;
    • Collaborate effectively across the EMEA markets and cascade and share communication and updates;
    • Effectively manage upwards to the Client Lead.

    YOUR KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

    • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills
    • Proven track record of supporting EMEA and local market teams in a fast-paced environment;
    • Persuasive skills and successful operations approach to a highly matrixed organization;
    • Understanding of the fundamentals of marketing and media, client management and team dynamics

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experience is desirable;
    • Fluent English speaking and writing;
    • Preferable living (& working) in The Netherlands;
    • Ideally 4+ years of agency experience.
