    With +20 countries, +200 plus team members, and regular new product launches for this account we are looking for an EMEA Client Lead who will manage this complexity with high organization, collaboration, and discipline. You will be part of a great team of highly talented, creative, and motivated people.


    The EMEA Client Lead is responsible for building a strong client relationship with high quality output, operational efficiency, and project management that impacts workflow for the EMEA markets. The ideal candidate will facilitate inter departmental, intercountry, client, and interagency communications to insure to meet deliverables in an on-time manner and at the highest quality for all EMEA markets.

    The role requires collaboration and leadership with both internal stakeholders in planning, investment, data, analytics and commercial, across many levels and different local markets, and at the same time external at the client side with the Media EMEA team in a highly matrixed organization.

    Working with the team’s EMEA and global leadership, you will help the local market teams accomplish challenging goals and objectives, balancing client, company, and team priorities.


    Client Account Management

    • Build and maintain excellent client relationships through best-in-class client servicing combined with the ability to respectfully challenge and motivate the client with creditability;
    • Drive the production of high-quality media plans continuous reports with actionable insights;
    • Actively participate in the development of client contact strategies and pro-actively seek opportunities to present new ideas, approaches, communication solutions and multi-brand partnerships;
    • Maintain a high level of quality control on all outputs from the team and other markets;
    • Work with the wider team to ensure that all client responses are joined up and coordinated – especially in relation to alignment;
    • Help improve conditions to limit turnover and ensure that quarterly Vantage performance expectations are met;
    • Support status calls internally and with client to better understand and solve for their pain points.
    Strategic Skills
    • Work with a Strategy Lead in developing grounded, yet innovative, media plans that include the most effective use of traditional, digital, emerging and created media opportunities;
    • Help drive thought leadership in key markets across Europe.
    Commercial Awareness
    • Be involved in new projects and new business opportunities as required;
    • Identify, create, convert, and manage strategically relevant revenue opportunities;
    • Develop strong relationships with internal MediaCom teams, GroupM as our trading partners;
    • Develop good working relationships across the range of media owners as might be required.

    • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills that will help the agency team see and manoeuvre through capacity issues;
    • Persuasive skills and successful operations approach to a highly matrixed organization;
    • Understanding of the fundamentals of marketing and media, client management and team dynamics;
    • Monitor client profitability and adjust resource or terms of business accordingly;
    • Understanding of the fundamentals of marketing and media, client management and team dynamics;
    • Strong digital and analytics skills.


    • Successful experiences overseeing regional media teams across Europe;
    • Proven track record of supporting large global teams in a fast-paced environment;
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experience is desirable;
    • Ideally 10+ years of agency experience.
