This company produces, among other things, installations and modules for the control and transport of ultra-pure gases and liquids. These parts are manufactured in cleanrooms from orbitally welded stainless steel and plastic, which means that a high degree of hygiene is required. Their customer base includes universities, R&D parties and the nuclear and pharmaceutical industry.

Fine mechanical work as well as instrumentation, fitting and welding work is often performed under very clean conditions. You will work under the supervision of a managerial engineer or first engineer and you will install piping. We work on the basis of a drawing/sketch and/or by means of a drawing. a route indication.
The job content:
Assembly work such as brackets, bending, shortening, welding, assembly and leak/printing texts according to drawing specifications;
Welding (plastic, TIG, and orbital TIG) and/or soldering connections. (The method for placing and connecting the pipes depends on the stainless steel, copper and/or plastic material to be used;
Guaranteeing the quality of the work delivered by him/her, as provided by the employer by means of procedures and instructions are required;
Maintaining and keeping in good condition the resources entrusted to him/her, such as tools, clothing, means of transport, etc.;
Providing assistance in the manufacture of panels and pipe sections of high-quality piping systems on the basis of clear instructions and drawings.
A diploma in one of the following directions: WTB, Metal Engineering, Installation Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
Technical affinity and experience with stainless steel welding techniques (Tig welding process);
Knowledge of orbital welding is an advantage;
VCA Basic diploma (willing to obtain);
In possession of a driver's license and/or own transport;
Able to read drawing.
