    Marketing Strategist

The new Marketing Strategist has the opportunity to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, where he/she plays a central role in achieving ambitious growth.

    Why do we need you?

    • Design of the ideal buyer journey from a marketing perspective.
    • Determining the order in which we prioritize.
    • Making sure identified marketing touch points are implemented.
    • Overseeing that all touch points are consistent and in line with the buyer journey phase a lead is in.
    • Guard the brand story (visual + copy) that we’re telling across the board.
    • The bridge between marketing & sales, marketing & learning.
    • Define key messaging needed per key market.

    Specifically, what would we expect you to deliver over the next 6-12 months?

    • Designed Lepaya’s buyer journey based on research, interviews & previous experience.
    • Overseen & implemented at least 5 key touch points per buyer journey phase.
    • Continuously optimizing the buyer journey based on feedback from leads & internally.
    • A consistent brand experience throughout all touch points.

    In an ideal world, who would you be?

    • Track record in designing a buyer journey
    • Track record in moving from design to implementation regarding the ideal buyer journey
    • Understanding how different markets relate to each other.
    • Experience with B2B
    • Experience with L&D
    • Experience in a scaleup
