We are seeking an energetic and driven Marketing Specialist to help support the marketing activities in the Nordic region.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager Europe, you will be providing support to the Marketing Managers for Norway, Sweden and Denmark while delivering activity and campaigns to aid both the direct and channel sales team in these countries. You will use your marketing acumen and creativity to assist the marketing team in furthering their activities – including social media, print, digital marketing and event planning.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Marketing Managers with executing the marketing strategy for the Norwegian and Swedish market (80%) as well as the Danish market (20%)
• Create & deliver customer communications – newsletters, promotions, etc.
• Create & deliver content for website, social media, online advertising, etc.
• Manage content on the country websites and social media channels
• Build & execute marketing campaigns for both customers and prospects (leads)
• Work together with the global design team for the creation of banners, video’s etc.
• Work together with the global content team to create content for blogs, articles, etc.
• Update digital and print material for new product introductions
• Social media content creation based on marketing strategy and schedule using various tools
• Create weekly reports on marketing activities

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

• 1 or 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Available full time
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Norwegian is a strong plus
• Knowledge of Swedish or Danish is a plus
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress, Facebook Ad Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ad Words
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to achieve set targets and deliver on deadlines
• Ability to work autonomously to achieve independent outcomes
• Ideal candidate will have some basic design abilities for simple edits/graphics to support social media
