Who we’re looking for
Antfood is hiring an experienced Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our team on-site or remotely, supporting our studios in Amsterdam, New York, São Paulo and Los Angeles. In this role, you’ll manage our content and brand channels and drive our internal marketing & sales processes.
The right candidate is equal parts creative- and process-oriented, at home in Airtable/Sheets as well as Premiere/Photoshop — organized, but not afraid to get their hands dirty. The role balances the rigor of marketing and soft sales processes with creative content creation and distribution to help build the business across clients, projects, teams, access and influence.
Antfood is a creative audio studio with offices in New York, Amsterdam and São Paulo. Founded in 2007, Antfood creates music, sound design, and pioneering audio solutions for advertising, sonic branding, experiences, and emerging tech. Rooted in craft, innovation, collaboration, and agile thinking, we have fostered an in-house collective of extraordinarily talented composers, engineers, producers, technologists, and audiophiles.

Responsibilities & Tasks
Own the Marketing Pipeline. Operate processes and coordinate with production teams for real results
Manage content calendar & social channels, including day-to-day posting, messaging, & content
Organize & send out monthly newsletter using Figma & Mailchimp
Strategize and instigate sales & marketing initiatives including: events, client gifts, general outreach
Lead Amsterdam and participate in Global Sales initiatives, setting monthly goals & priorities, researching new opportunities, manage automated cold outreach
Project manage original content, such as case studies, thought leadership, brand films
Update and maintain website content, to best portray Antfood’s work and culture, and future
Manage submissions to industry awards & help coordinate speaking engagements
Support sales by sharing and curating capabilities presentations to existing and potential clients, to showcase our craft and methodology
Conduct market research & analysis, evaluating performance of channels to build strategies & best practices
The ideal candidate should
be a self-starter with a strategic and entrepreneurial spirit
fluent in English with excellent copywriting and communication skills, add’l languages a plus
have 3+ years experience in marketing/sales in a creative industry including social media management
possess basic skills in Photoshop/Canva, Premiere/or similar, Figma, Mailchimp, and/or other digital content creation tools, Excel/Sheets, and Asana, and Airtable, Google Slides/Keynote
have a love for music, teamwork and a passion for realizing excellent craft-driven creative work is a must
