Tinka is a sister company of Wehkamp and part of the RFS Holding/Wehkamp Group. We are a financial services provider in Point-of-Sale financing solutions like invoice and credit. Until 2018 all services were exclusively distributed in the Wehkamp Group to consumers shopping at Wehkamp. In 2019 we started to offer the services to other retailers, with BCC as the first new customer in February 2019 and recently adding new partners such as Buckaroo and Intersolve.
Tinka operates in a dynamic environment. We have a long history of 50 years+ for providing customer credit, with a track record in responsible credit scoring over the last years. We are fascinated by the current developments and opportunities in technology and data especially when applied to the financial services industry, transforming ourselves into a full FinTech operation.

Tinka is looking for a marketing manager to support the Tinka growth ambitions. In this role you will be responsible for a strong performance of all marketing activities at Tinka. You will also be tasked with working with the product department, to refine the product positioning, to make sure that marketing assets and frontend reflects company/ brand values, and you will work closely with our commercial organization to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and competitors while ensuring alignment with overall brand positioning.
In this role you are aware of the Regulatory boundaries for the business and you make sure that any marketing activities meet special requirements that can be applicable.
In this role you will be expected to:
Work closely with one of the Sales Teams, be their first point of contact and align marketing campaigns to business and Sales team priorities
Plan, design, execute and analyse Demand Marketing campaigns across all inbound and outbound channels
aware of the Regulatory boundaries for the business and you make sure that any marketing activities meet special requirements that can be applicable
Arrange and execute digital and in-person events
Identify and develop new marketing opportunities based on customer, partner and sales feedback
Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
Project-manage all campaigns from beginning to end, ensuring they meet the target objectives
Review localisation of content and marketing assets
Report on campaign ROI and provide recommendations to key stakeholders
What you’ll definitely need:
A strategic mindset to be able to plan and structure an approach to explore future engagement strategies integrating product and marketing.
The ability to get support and buy-in from diverse teams across the organisation and implement in a test and learn environment.
5+ years experience in (product) marketing and launching go-to-market strategies.
Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation skills in English and Dutch
What we’d love you to have:
Experience working in a fintech, e-commerce, consumer tech environment.
Deep knowledge of marketing metrics and analytics
Multi-national, pan-regional experience.
