Within our Global Marketing Communications Team, there is a full-time position for communications intern available.
Responsibilities
This internship will be filled with a lot of responsibilities and room for creativity. You will work closely with the global marketing communication manager and many other team members. You have the freedom to show and develop your organizational and strategic skills with proper amount of coaching.
Specific tasks
- Development of marketing materials (such as brochures, leaflets, visual creations …) in close relationship with different agencies. Pro-actively manage this on the basis of the global advertisement calendar
- Manage the translations process of the different communications assets in different languages
- Desk research tasks around key themes of the PR campaign (identify key platforms and stakeholders as well as identify relevant content)
- Assist with planning tradeshow events, support in practical arrangements
- Draft content for internal communication messages with the relevant target audiences
- Other ad hoc tasks may include:
- support in update the global food and beverages website of DSM
- maintain intranet page for the department (training will be provided) Additional research opportunities
- Students can conduct their thesis project within the internship period
Minimum Criteria
The applicant must have an active student status for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/higher education institution)
An EU passport or an EU work permit
Duration:
6 months/10months, possible to extend to longer period
Start date:
March 2021
The profile
DSM Food Specialties is looking for top performers on academic courses that involve communication, with good social skills and ability to self - start projects and good problem-solving skills.
Experience with digital tools is a bonus.
