As a Marketing Communications Advisor you are responsible for implementing and creating our firm's marketing and communication policies. The execution of this role focuses on internal communication as well as on the external communication and profiling of our firm. In this position you are actively involved in a variety of key projects and campaigns, operational marketing communication processes and broader (marketing) communication initiatives aligned with the International team.
Other tracks you could think of:
Advise, support, and guide the business on relevant messaging for marketing materials;
Support practice groups and sectors with external and internal communications activities and train them where appropriate;
The go-to person in our team to run communication projects and develop content and support on various key projects and campaigns;
Select and activate the most appropriate social media and PR channels, measure effectiveness, set up a go-to-market planning and build relationships;
Get most out of our sponsorships in line with our value proposition and branding; and
Contributing to external brand campaign/content creation, thought leadership, capability statements, media relations, social media management, website, award submissions, etc.
The Successful Applicant
Professional experience: 3-5 years, in marketing communications (internal, external) in an organization that is complex and/or international;
Ability to manage, be agile, flexible, and work within tight deadlines;
Self-sufficient in prioritizing, organizing workloads, and planning ahead;
Affinity with business-to-business and purpose-driven culture;
News (opportunity) focus, experience in media relations;
Good communications and writing skills; confident and approachable communications style with a positive, can-do attitude to solving issues, seeing opportunities, and offer solutions;
Eye for detail, pragmatic, creative, and good analytical skills; and
Excellent people management, verbal and written communication skills (fluent in Dutch and English).
