    Marketing Campaign and Channel Manager

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a Marketing Campaign and Channel Manager to join our virtual global team. Working in close collaboration with the Marketing Team, you will develop and execute Marketing campaigns through multiple channels to drive greater brand awareness and lead generation.

    Specific to this role, it is essential to be service oriented and have a strong attention to detail, the ability to deliver work to a high-quality standard and to exhibit excellent communication skills.

    Interest in and/or a practice of mindfulness is an important requirement to fit our organizational culture.

    We are looking for someone who can initially commit to 25-30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This position is ideally suited to someone in the EST/CET time zone.

    Please note we can only accept self-employed applicants as this is a contract position.

    Areas of Priority:

    • Play a lead role in developing go-to-market campaign strategies and plans which measurably generate leads and help Potential Project to engage with both new and existing clients.
    • Work cross-functionally with Sales & Growth, Product, Digital, Service Operations and Client Account Teams to execute and deliver a regular cadence of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
    • Own and manage end-to-end campaign design and delivery – positioning, targeting, creatives, deployment, measurement, etc.
    • Help us to build more formal and effective campaign management processes and routines, including test-and-learn approaches for optimizing campaign impact.
    • Be our social media expert. Grow Potential Project’s social media followership and implement a more strategic, optimized strategy for using LinkedIn, Facebook and other social channels.
    • Build our digital marketing capabilities to expand and deepen our digital engagement with clients. For example, we need help to grow our database of subscribers and implement a more strategic, optimized strategy for email channel.
    • Play an overall, jump-into-anything role on the Marketing team as we are small but mighty with big plans and lots to do!

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • A purpose driven spirit, aligned with our mission of contributing to a more human world of work.
    • At least 10 years of experience of solid marketing campaign experience, particularly digital and social media marketing.
    • B2B experience is strongly preferred. Experience in any of the following areas would be a big plus: professional services, leadership development, organizational development, consulting, mindfulness.
    • A high level of creativity, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills to work independently and to manage projects with many moving parts in a virtual, global organization.
    • Strong communication skills; able to listen well and capture ideas and concepts into written and visual formats.
    • Scrappy, resourceful, proactive, strong desire to get things done to the best of your ability.
    • Bonus if you have branding experience and event marketing experience.
