We have a permanent full-time opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our tombola team in Amsterdam, supporting the Marketing executive. As a key member you will be responsible for the execution of our social marketing campaigns, promotional and CRM execution. Responsible, under supervision of the marketing executive, for all branded social media channels to amplify our social media presence and relevance, grow our audience and increase engagement and effectiveness
Analyses and reports regularly on the performance of social media campaigns and proactively suggests tactical plans that optimize interactions with the tombola audience and help shape the overall marketing strategy.
Gathers insights from monitoring and analytics to define next-generation social marketing opportunities and identify industry trends.
You get insights out of the social media reporting and take actions to increase the leads or brand awareness from social media campaigns and promotions on the site
Work with Customer Services and Chat Moderator teams to maintain high levels of customer sentiment across all social media sites and come up with new ideas
Come up with ideas such as instant wins, contests on both website and social pages to increase engagement with the customer base
In-game promotions: define, under approval of head of marketing, of in-game promotions strategy, execution, and analysis monitoring
Supports the Marketing Executive to use knowledge gained through analysis to inform overall strategic direction of social media marketing.

Skills & Qualifications:
You have experience in creating, planning, monitoring, and optimizing social campaigns on different channels (at least a couple of years)
A fantastic storyteller with a creative approach to telling the tombola story.
Excellent knowledge of the social media and promotion fields, with a brand publisher mind-set on how this can integrate with other marketing channels.
You are on top of all new things when it comes to social media.
You have proven skills of copywriting and content production
Experience with Online Analytics (Google Analytics, Website Optimizer, Keyword Tool)
Experience with Social Networks (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
