    Structure: Reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition. This position is based in Netherlands, Almere.

    Position: `Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Senior Manager will own full life cycle recruiting efforts across all functions of the organization, primarily Engineering and Product. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning and implementing interview and selection procedures. The successful Senior Recruiter will be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires and company stakeholders.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Owning and driving full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating sourcing plans and engagement to bring the best talent to each role, while focusing on a diverse set of candidates. May include managing external recruitment vendors/partners to support hiring of talents to the organization.
    • Partnering with Engineering Managers to understand their teams' long term and immediate hiring needs and team dynamics.
    • Developing and executing sourcing strategies and programs for identifying passive and active candidates that strive for excellence and innovation within their respective field.
    • Acting as a trusted consultant throughout the hiring processes, HR related matters, compliance, compensation, leveling guidelines, mobility, etc.
    • Developing and negotiating competitive potential offers , plan, and successfully onboard candidates.
    • Effectively partnering with cross-functional teams, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Finance and operations teams as needed through the recruiting process.
    • Participate in the implementation of projects related to legislation in the recruitment process within HR and across the business, HR systems, practices, procedures and compliance
    • Keep abreast of market trends and demand impacting the company’s ability to attract best talents; serve as a critical management resource regarding such trends; coordinate with the compensation team and HR Business Partners on salary considerations and equity concerns
    • Providing excellent, timely customer service to our hiring teams and ensuring a positive candidate experience for all potential candidates.
    • This role will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition COE leadership, collaborating and partnering closely with US and Asia Talent Acquisition leaders to ensure streamlined, efficient and cost effective Talent Acquisition solution and delivery.


    • 10+ years of recent recruiting experience in semiconductor capital equipment, semiconductor company setting.
    • Ability to take on technical requisitions immediately and independently.
    • Strong influencing skills, and ability to establish and build trust and partnerships with all stakeholders.
    • Experience operating with senior/executive management teams
    • Excellent leadership problem-solving with sound judgment and decision-making skills
    • Project management or other high accountability experience while working collaboratively and proactively in a diverse team environment.
    • Attention to detail is required along with the ability to identify and propose ideas for continuous improvement and innovation in our overall talent acquisition life cycle.
    • Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, HRIS and data management/reporting techniques.
