At BESTSELLER, we are currently looking for a Manager People Operations & Processes to join our great family and international, vibrant, and ambitious People team!
The Role & Department:
Do you enjoy optimizing People processes and procedures, do you get excited by tools and data and do you get gratification from supporting your colleagues in their growth?
In this new role you have the opportunity to shape the operational activities within PEOPLE & Culture across three different parts of the business and three different countries. You will be responsible for driving operational change and to ensure all colleagues experience a soft landing of the new People systems and processes.
As Manager People Operations & Processes you will be responsible for the daily operational People activities and guide and advise the People Specialists in their work.
By reviewing our systems and processes we are at the start of our journey to optimize the landscape and system design of our People activities. You are expected to provide business process expertise for all People processes. With the employee experience in mind you can drive change and innovation.
Review, optimize and embed our HR processes across different parts of the business (Wholesale, Retail and e-Commerce) and across different countries (the Netherlands, Denmark and Poland) together with the People Specialists;
Being in the lead for the implementation of our new international People System - SuccessFactors
Being in the lead for implementing and transitioning our payroll system in the Netherlands and Poland.
Develop and co-deliver key process trainings across all organizational levels
You are the operational manager of 4 people specialist:
Guide and develop the team in their weekly routines
HR processes run smoothly
Be on top of the new legislation impacting the processes and advise the team members
Responsible for the quality of the payroll mutations handed over to finance/external payroll provider – first time right
Managing pension plans, health insurance and other employee related insurances. Also be first point of contact for the People Specialist in these matters
Review total rewards package for e-commerce (incl. pension, insurances)
Evaluate and set up a plan to optimize the opportunities within the Dutch WKR
Optimize and standardize HR dashboards and reports and make sure data is accurate and up to date
Support the roll-out of new pre-boarding tool (Appical)
Support the roll-out of our new learning platform (FUSE)
Experienced in implementing new HR systems
Operational HR experience in a commercially driven organization
3+ years HR Generalist experience
Analytical and practical approach to problem solving
Hands -on and resilient to work under pressure
Project management experience
Knowledgeable about the Dutch legislation
Nice to have:
Familiar with process management
Experienced in processing payroll
Experience with AFAS and SuccessFactors is a big pre.
People management experience
Knowledgeable about the Polish legislation
