Manager Group Accounting and Reporting
As the Manager Group Accounting and Reporting you will be responsible together with your teams for compiling and submitting accurate internal and external (financial) reports within predefined guidelines and timelines. These reports are used to meet financial and regulatory reporting requirements and are used by management to gain more insight in the performance of the various DLL entities.
Day to day
Ensure continuous compliance to IFRS
Compile relevant financial and management information for various stakeholders
Support Group Reporting members and the 30+ DLL countries with reporting and accounting questions that may occur in the monthly reporting process
Actively participate in the process to prepare consolidated IFRS financial statements for DLL Group
Be first point of contact for the external auditor for the Group audit
Actively participate in projects to further enhance data reporting, which include working with Risk, Data management and IT
Manage and participate in (Rabobank & DLL) projects to implement new systems, procedures and processes, in order to realise the desired projectresults through effective and consistent project management
Identify and analyze new regulations that are relevant for DLL (IFRS, CRR, CRD) and translate these into concrete actions and requirements for DLL
Define new reporting requirements and support DLL countries in implementing these requirements
Identify opportunities to improve the reporting processes of DLL Group
Identify and introduce innovative solutions by which DLL Finance remains leading in the financial industry
You will be managing multiple direct reports and should support them to further develop in their careers.

Academic background and working level
Master degree in finance, economics or business administration
5 - 10 years of experience in a relevant international financial function, preferably within financial audit or financial reporting in the financial services industry
Hands on experience with IFRS
Strong analytical skills
Fluent command of English and Dutch (verbal and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
You are able to clearly communicate within a network organization
You can manage a small team of professionals
You are able to explain complex (accounting) topics in writing
You are proactive and a team player
You are able to understand and handle data driven reporting
You are accurate
You are able to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
You are able to adapt to a fast changing (external) reporting environment
