    All about the role

    Working in the Courier Recruitment & Retention team and wider people team, reporting to the Head of Courier Recruitment & Retention, the Manager Compensation & Benefits - global couriers will have responsibility for innovating Just Eat Takeaways global benefits program for couriers. Giving subject matter expert advice on strategic approaches to a global offering.


    Responsibilities:

    • Own the proposition to couriers. Making sure we are the most attractive employer on a bike in all of our markets
    • Design Innovative rewards interventions that improve engagement, productivity and retention in our couriers
    • Provide leadership teams with insight into market developments and competitor approaches to compensate couriers.
    • Working with local market People teams to promote and facilitate ongoing improvement and compliance changes in markets.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of global benefits policies.
    • Work with key stakeholders in the leadership team on associated reward and benefits projects
    • Work with or internal comms and branding team to ensure visibility of global benefits

    Can you deliver...
    • Experience of benefits realisation in large scale high volume environments such as identifying and realising benefits in a programme
    • Experience managing relationships internationally
    • Identifying and measuring employee benefits and value
    • 5+ years of direct, relevant experience in compensation and/or benefits, design, and/or consulting
    • Volume compensation and/or benefits experience essential, preferably in Logistics, Retail, Manufacturing etc.
    • Exceptional program design and deployment skills
