    Management Assistant

    The Team

    The Supply Value Chain department in PVH Europe focuses on the full network between the company and its suppliers and customers. The Team drives strategic and operational processes that enable the business to ensure a modern and compliant supply chain.

    The Position

    Proactively support business leaders with their day-to-day challenges. In this role, you will make a difference by helping our leaders and teams to stay connected and operate effectively in the fast-paced business environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    General management assistance (e.g., calendar, travel, expenses)

    • Calendar management for VP’s
    • All travel arrangements (incl. visa applications) for VP’s, including making detailed day-to-day travel itinerary’s
    • Handling of incoming emails, telephone calls including doing follow-up for VP’s (independent, prioritization, and further handling of any correspondence)
    • Handling general and confidential correspondence (proposal letters, decks) for VP’s
    • Setting up: meetings and booking meetings rooms (incl. drinks, snacks, lunch if needed) / conference calls and video conferences / S&P team town halls
    • Database management when required in VMS/ CRM/ SAP (invoice approvals) for VP’s
    • Sorting-out IT-related issues for VP’s
    • Preparation and execution of different kinds of (physical and digital) mailings (to internal teams, vendors, etc
    • Covering for colleagues when on (sick) leave
    • Expenses for VP’s
    • Arranging IT set up, transportation, catering for important clients when visiting our offices
    • Handling mail/ packages for VP’s

    Team supports (anything to do with the team under the management)

    • Floor clean-ups
    • Floor space re-arrangements: creating a floor plan, making adjustments in coordination with teams and VP’s
    • (Digital) event planning and organization for the teams: full-day events and evenings including tasks such as arranging external locations, full IT setup, booking of external speakers, venue dressing, catering, restaurant bookings, table seating, gifts, prizes.
    • Various ad hoc assignments for the team during sketch reviews, DCR, ML
    • Where support is requested, helping out new team members setting up/ settling in IT-related issues, laptop, phone, where to go, applying for cards, need requests

    The Ideal Candidate:

    The ideal candidate will have been a Management Assistant to VP level or above for several years in an international environment.

    Next to that our candidate should have/be:

    • Flexible!
    • Attention to detail
    • Problem solver
    • Experience in event management
    • Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written)
    • Computer literate (Microsoft package)
    • Previous similar experience in an international environment
    • Team player
    • Pro-active
    • Discreet and professional
    • Experience within fashion is a distinct advantage
