As Management Assistant to the MT Wholesale & Rural member (MB-1) responsible for Strategy, Transformation and Sustainable Business Development, you will use your pragmatism, persistence and eye for detail to coordinate schedules and priorities. You will furthermore support on strategic projects, alongside doing more administrative tasks. You will also provide broader team support on key meetings, projects and events. If you enjoy working on internal communications (e.g. maintaining Rabohub), there will be ample opportunity for you to get involved. As a spider in the web, you will play a critical role in team engagement and you will stay up to date of changes in processes and procedures (e.g. HR, Compliance, etc.). Making a difference
Providing all-round secretarial support to the MT-member and to strategic projects (incl. external consultancy engagements, internal cross-domain projects).
Preparing meetings and off-sites and taking minutes of project boards and Steering Committees.
Maintaining a network of relationships with different stakeholders and departments to signal changes in processes and procedures in a timely matter, analyze their impact and make recommendations for implementation.
Collecting and reporting management information (e.g. code of conduct compliance, holiday registration).

As Management Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic and international team with diverse profiles, and you will have extensive contact with other parts of the bank.
It goes without saying that client focus, a “can-do” attitude and organisational skills are essential for this role. Being stress resistant is one of your strengths. You are independent, creative in finding solutions and you enjoy helping others. In addition, it is important that you recognize yourself in all of the below:
Higher education or completed secretarial or administrative education;
5+ years of work experience in a support/admin role;
Sound understanding of the Rabobank organisation, its strategy and processes, with a preference for prior experience within Wholesale and Rural;
Excellent command of Dutch and English;
Experience coordinating and supporting administrative tasks;
Solid IT-skills and comfortable with PowerPoint;
Comfortable under pressure, takes ownership and is service oriented;
Sensitive and empathetic, with a strong ability to build trust-based relationships.
