Making a difference
Offering all-round support for the benefit of Operations WR and the management team.
Managing diaries of several MT members and Heads.
Carrying out administrative and management tasks e.g. Workday, IT Shop, Raboshop & Marketplace.
Organizing of various internal and external events.
Facilitating and preparing the agenda for MT meetings including taking minutes where necessary.
Managing Power Automate and other Teams applications in SharePoint.

In this challenging and dynamic international environment, you, as management assistant will be working closely with the current assistant and the Management Team in order to facilitate effective steering and support for the other 277 people within Operations W&R.
Having a service mind-set, being flexible, self-organising, with a positive attitude, proactivity, a real team player, networker/linking pin, assertiveness and integrity are clearly essential characteristics for the role of Management Assistant. In addition, it’s important that you recognize in the checklist below:
You have finished your MBO (secretary) or HBO (Bachelor);
You are fluent in both the Dutch and English language in speaking and in writing;
You have several years of working experience in an international environment;
You have a flexible communication style, from trainee to executive management but also important with regards to culture awareness (30+ nationalities within Operations WR);
It is important that you are numerate, able to prioritise, work accurately and support management in the preparation of reports, presentations, etc.
Good PC skills including Office 365, Teams, Power Automate, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
