    We are seeking a talented Loyalty CRM Manager to join the growing Membership team within the Global Marketing organization working across the Foot Locker brand portfolio. In this role, the Manager will be responsible for helping the development of Foot Locker International’s membership program by driving the program development roadmap and program results. This is a high-profile initiative with senior-level visibility. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, commercial aptitude, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done (think ‘start-up’ within the organization). A passion for putting the customer first is a must, and experience with membership programs is preferred.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support in shaping the membership program strategy & enhancements roadmap, including goal setting.
    • Drive program and process enhancements in collaboration with product management teams, development teams and tech partners by managing business requirements, prioritization and by supporting the implementation process.
    • Develop insights in collaboration with the Data team and Market Research team for:
      • Driving program results
      • Prioritizing future program enhancements
      • Shaping redemption strategy and member engagement strategy
      • Ad hoc business requests
    • Drive the development of reporting processes and dashboards to constantly monitor the health of the program.
    • Collaborate with CRM team to build strategies to drive enrollments in and engagement with the program
    • Build test & learn strategies for program communication, engagement tactics and redemption center partners.
    • Perform periodic and post-campaign KPI analyses to inform the business and shape future strategies.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.
    • 5 years of experience in the customer/membership marketing space
    • Excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail and bias for customer-centric planning
    • Verbal and written communication skills
    • Collaborative spirit, and relationship-builder both internally and externally
    • Strong Excel & PPT skills
    • Global experience a plus
